I’m Harmesh Kunwar, an integrated Performance & Lifestyle Coach , National GOJU-RYU Karate Kata Champion 2026, Mumbai.
My journey in fitness began with martial arts, earning my Karate Black Belt, which laid the foundation for discipline, body awareness, and functional movement. Over the years, I expanded my expertise through strength and conditioning, yoga-based mobility, and lifestyle coaching, allowing me to design a truly integrated training system.
I hold a K11 Diploma in Personal Training, am a Master Trainer certified by Boss International in Advanced Bodybuilding and Practical Hypnotherapy, and a 500-hour Yoga Alliance Certified teacher from Om Yoga, Rishikesh. I have also worked as an online coach in London, gaining valuable international experience and exposure to diverse client needs.
Since 2011, I have coached beginners, working professionals, and fitness enthusiasts through a structured approach that blends strength training, mobility, conditioning, mindful practices, and lifestyle habits into one complete system. My sessions focus on long-term performance, injury prevention, and overall well-being rather than quick fixes.
